Old but comfortable

Actually there was a long distance from Tsuruga station, but it was a good walk.
I was sorry that I was unable to have free dinner curry&rice, because it was late arrival.
Satisfied with my room and breakfast.

This is very small inn

First, it was not easy to find this hotel which was not on the main road.
Second, parking space was so small and tight.
Third, room and desk were so small and very difficult to use laptop or even tablet.
if you are business people and have to use a laptop, you better not stay here.

Spent 98AUD for ONE night at this hotel. By far, the worst hotel I have stayed in my 2.5 month Japan trip. Walls were filthy, Aircon looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years, windows couldn't be opened, bed was hard, sheets smelled. Just overall a really bad night. Woke up with all sorts of aches and pains the next morning. The best part of the stay was driving off the next morning. Sorry!

Simple hotel

We stop over this hotel after visiting Wakasa fisherman's wharf. It was a raining day and we missed 2 places of attraction which were in our itinerary .
It is a very very simple hotel, the room is small but they provide 3 single beds.
We book non smoking room but the room was filled with cigarette smell which we got to get rid of with our own essential oil spray.
The only thing that we could praise is they actually provide free simple curry rice dinner. We had plan to drive out for dinner but as it was raining so so heavily, we ended up enjoying the curry rice.
The breakfast is standard Japanese breakfast with rice, miso soup and 12 types of small dishes.

Dirty and old

Rooms are dirty..carpets are dirtyand we found hairs in the bathroom. One of the two bed wasalmost destroied, so weall slept in one..that let me say..a futon is much more comfortable.
Tenants has no idea about where is the city center and restaurants..we found a great one through tripadvisor!!
Rooms Are quile large. That's the only positive things...so if you found something else, keep away from this hotel!
