I had a very pleasant stay at Remm Kyobashi. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, buses, and other transportation options. There are also plenty of restaurants, food choices, and shopping nearby, which made getting around Tokyo very easy.
The self-check-in kiosk was also very convenient and made the check-in process quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. I especially liked having a massage chair inside the room, which was a nice bonus after a long day of sightseeing.
The main downside is that the room is quite small, with very limited space to open and store luggage. The reception area is also on the 7th floor, and it was a little confusing when we first entered the building because there wasn't a large, clear sign directing guests where to go.
Overall, it was a clean and convenient place to stay, especially because of its location and easy access to transportation. I would consider staying here again when visiting Tokyo.

It’s a nice hotel, very near the subway. Despite staying multiple times, even in the space of 2 weeks, they wanted to charge me to check into my room when I arrived the second time I stayed at 12.35, when check in was at 2 pm. Found that cheap, quite mean and very unhelpful when they did have the room ready. Especially for a returning guest, letting them gave the room only over an hour earlier would cost them nothing. Breakfast is quite poor in terms of Western choices so, if you don’t wish to eat savoury Japanese food at 7 am in the morning I suggest not adding breakfast to the booking- use the 7/11 downstairs.
Also, even the slightly upgraded room is tiny - you won’t be able to open 2 suitcases if 2 people are staying. I would consider the rooms suitable only for sole travellers.

Excellent choice - quiet and posh area
My priorities in our trip to Japan is location, space, and security - and wow, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I'm very picky with hotels and I can say this hotel earned a new loyal guest.
Bedroom - SPAAACE GALORE! We booked the Twin Room Non-Smoking which I think is one of their bigger rooms (around 21sqm). Comfy bed and pillows. Massage chair was a plus. Take note of the size when booking because some of their rooms are small.
Breakfast - repetitive but still quality. Good coffee and hot chocolate! Service staff are such darlings! And always ready to help
Location - the Kyobashi station is just outside the hotel door, this is connected to the Ginza line so travelling to nearby Asakusa, Ueno, Shibuya, Akihabara, etc was a breeze and no transfer! A 7-eleven is just downstairs. We took the bus going to Narita Airport via Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit, which is 15 mins walk from the hotel. You can take a taxi to the station if you have heavy luggages.
Shopping - be prepared! Your wallet needs to be ready for Ginza shopping
This hotel is so underrated, saved me from many steps since the location is super good, and we will always choose this from now on.

Great stay in a great location, the laundry was really easy to use and we enjoyed the breakfast. The massage chair in the room was amazing.

Everything was clean and tidy. Room and bed were comfortable. Property is close to many shops and trains. Excellent location
