Graphy Nezu Hotel has outstanding staff! They’re very helpful and kind and knowledgeable. We felt really good taken care of and I left with a big smile. Thank you!
The hotel has hostel vibes, with a great lounge area and different types of rooms to accommodate your need. They also have a rooftop which we visited in the mornings to great Tokyo good morning :’) Such a lovely view and underrated feature of the hotel.
The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are on the harder side and personally that doesn’t fit us, but we still slept okay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was fabulous and in such a charming neighborhood. It was a great refuge from the fun but crazy city!

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The common areas, bathrooms, and shared kitchen were always clean and well organized.
I was especially impressed by how clean the hostel was overall—I hardly ever saw any trash or dust. The housekeeping staff also did a great job keeping the rooms tidy, so it was always nice to come back to my room after going out.
Although people may expect some inconveniences when staying in a hostel, I honestly didn’t experience any during my stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well managed. I would definitely recommend it.

A surprise hidden gem! We stayed in a King Theater room and it was absolutely lovely. Spacious, comfortable with a huuuge bed and cool amenities (although we didn't use the projector much... we're in Tokyo!) and a laid back vibe. The free beer daily in the downstairs bar is a lovely touch. The cafe also makes a decent coffee! My only complaint is that you will be doing a fair bit of walking if you're on public transport - it's about 15 mins from Ueno station and maybe 10 from Nezu on the Chiyoda line, and it's easy to get turned around in the backstreets. The area is very pleasant though. I wished I had booked longer here - the value for money is fantastic.
