Lovely atmosphere, very clean, super friendly staff, and the beds were fairly large for this kind of accommodation.

so glad i chose untapped for my time in sapporo!

i travelled to japan by myself for the first time, i was very nervous for hthe commute around as im not from a city originally. their location was right by the subway so easy to find but but still quiet, there was some traffic/sirens but that’s to be expected when in a city. staff was friendly, informative and was able to merge my two bookings together! one great thing i noticed is they have a poster in the common area that showed cool spots like bars, music, shops etc to check out in town which i checked out a few that really added to my trip. showers had great water pressure, roomy and tidy (personally very important to me) rooms were private, spacious with shelves/hooks to put up things and rustic with lots of blankets, a good pillow. they provide a towel you can change every day of you stay and a communal basket/amenities menu of toiletries if you forget anythin. a kitchen you can cook if you’d like with a nice common space to socialize or get work done. there’s a small cafe in the lobby that serves amazing breakfast and coffee! a small bookstore in the back of the property that was a very nice touch. the art and posters around create a very modern atmosphere. for what i paid i was very impressed with my stay. im hoping to come to sapporo again next winter and will definitely say here again. thanks untapped for an amazing time:)

staff is nice. Location is ok (very near to station) but not central central Sapporo. Room with concrete floor and does not feel very clean to be honest.
