I’m planing to call Expedia for refund for this facility. Room had no ac control (it was the hottest day ever), room smells pee and no refund for breakfast nor change to dinner even they are same cost.

The hotel is very dated. The room was very unusual with the sink and toilet in the foyer of the room; very unusual. Our room had an outdoor onsen that was also very dated with the wood of the bath crumbling and wood rot. The dinner was not memorable with the beef and pork dishes tasteless. No one speaks English here so you bettee know some Japanese. Thw most notable thing about the room was the SMELLY TOILET. SMELLS LIKE SOMEONE URINATED ON THE FLOOR AND IT WAS NEBER CLEANED UP.

The hotel is newly decorated. Buffet dinner provided basic Japanese and western food. Sufficient but not with many choices. If you are given a wetland view room, you are able to see birds in the balcony early in the morning without going out.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We slept very well on the comfortable futons. There was no shop nearby, so had to drive out to get food. The breakfast was okay.
