Probably one of the best locations in Osaka… little loud area, but its quiet in the hotel itself.

If sensitive to mold, do not stay here
Mold in room and dirty. Poor customer service. This was my WORST hotel experience EVER! We arrived late after a long day and first thing we did was take showers. By the time we had showered we both started feeling bad, and noticed mold on the wall and stains on the carpet that were also suspicious of mold. There was also a significant amount of dust. We went to the front desk and were told there was only one room left and it was more expensive. We were shown the other room. It was huge and much more than we needed. The “half off” price we were given was more than our original booking and they would not apply the credit because the room was nonrefundable! We were told that the other guests were in similar rooms and they couldn’t be responsible for the condition due to the age of the building. I wish I could give zero stars! We had to leave and now I need to try to get back my money!

Pros:
Prime Location: The hotel’s position is extremely convenient and makes getting around very easy.
Great Public Amenities: There is a large laundry room that is very convenient for washing clothes, as well as a spacious lounge area perfect for relaxing and enjoying a coffee.
Cons:
Outdated Facilities: The property is quite old. There are no USB charging ports in the room, which is inconvenient for modern travelers.
Bathroom Hygiene Issues: The bathroom hygiene was deeply disappointing. Mold on the silicone sealant was severe.
Diluted Toiletries: Both the shampoo and body wash were heavily diluted with water—it was unclear whether this was made by a previous guest or diluted by the housekeeping staff.
Maintenance Concerns: The toilet seat is very old, and when lifted, brownish water (resembling rusty liquid) leaked out from the fixtures.

Carpets are too old, it’s stinky in the hallway, and the room has stain all over the old carpet.
Space is ok. Love the breakfast and the free lounge in the afternoon.
Can’t beat the location. Will come back again even tho it’s dated.

This is an excellent hotel for people travelling around Japan. The facilities are excellent - the welcome lounge open between 2 & 10pm has an excellent range of complimentary drinks with some nice snacks (namely pancakes, nuts, dried fruit, olives, cheese etc). Meanwhile the laundry lounge which is also free of charge is an excellent place to get some holiday washing done and sorted with a ‘vac pack’ machine for those trying to cram more into their suitcase.
Staff were excellent and friendly. I cannot recommend the breakfast highly enough which had so much choice it was difficult to choose from. We had transferred luggage to this hotel using the Japanese luggage transfer service and it was all ready for us to collect when we arrived which as UK travellers unaccustomed to such things we were delighted with.
Finally, being in the Namba area, this hotel is excellently situated. For food, for Universal Studios, for exploring the fantastic undercover markets. If we visit Osaka again, this hotel will be at the top of our list!
