We had a wonderful stay at Matsuyamachi Building 4F in Osaka. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
What truly stood out was the location. Being so close to Dotonbori was a huge plus. We were able to enjoy the vibrant food scene, shopping, and nightlife just a short walk away, yet still return to a quiet and peaceful place to rest.
One small area for improvement was the internet connection, which was on and off and intermittent during our stay. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience.
Overall, this accommodation offered excellent value, convenience, and comfort. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

This hotel is veru dirty. The room is so dusty as in very dusty that you will get an asthma attack amd skin allergies due to dustmites. The beddings they didnt chage it very dusty. With insects inside the blanket. And dried/dead insects.. the beddings has stains, the stairs is very small you will have a hard time bringing your luggage inside. No elevator. I booked this property for 4 nights but we just spend for like hours only and tramsfer to a new hotel. They keep om askong for pkctures and videos when i onlynasled for the first time is to re clean bec. They didnt cl3an the room bef. We arrive. Tjis is not the japan quality/standard we expect. This is bery poor and bery yucky. You cant take it. I pay for the right amount but i didnt get the just and righful services for paying client. I booked this 1.month bef. Our trip or more.. i dnt undrstand why they didnt do the proper cleaning. Also, theres no basic supplies like toothbrush toothpaste slippers. We arribe midnight and we didnt exp3ct they didnt provide the toothbrush.. we are a family of 7, this is very hassle for us with kids..

Room is clean and spacious for bed and bathroom but not so much for dining. We were on the 4th floor and NO ELEVATORS, you have to carry your luggage and the stairs and very steep and narrow! Also had trouble communicating with staff and always miscommunication prolly because of language barrier. Not much details before we check in so we were very confused and had to ask a local to call staff and have access to our room. Overall place is nice- 10-15 min walk to dotonbori.

Host was very kind and let us check in a few hours early which was very convenient as we didn’t want to carry around our luggage through the city . Nice location only being a 10 minute walk to Dotonburi street which gives you endless options for food, drinks and experiencing the night life. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs since it is on 4th floor but the place overall was super clean and was nice having a washer and dryer. Can definitely recommended to anyone staying in Osaka with a larger party.

This was a clean and spacious place for our family of five. The location was good as everything we needed was nearby. Traffic noise outside was not too noisy. The water in the shower was a bit tricky as the temperature kept changing. The place could use better sound proofing.
