Luxury hotel tone buffet

The interior was spacious, the beds were large, and the interior was classical, stately and comfortable. The bathroom was glass-walled and open, there were two types of showers, and the tub was large enough to take a leisurely soak. There are plenty of amenities and it was easy to use.
The staff were also attentive.
Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet.
There are many kinds, many vegetables and fruits are healthy.
The omelette is baked right in front of you, and you can choose your favorite ingredients.
There was a wide variety of pastries, and it was gorgeous and delicious, with crispy croissants and fruit Danish.

According to Hotels.com this is a 5 star hotel, in our opinion we preferencer the 4 star holtes we had in Japan over this.
This hotel has lots of staff and provides services that you don’t really need like a newspaper (in paper) brought to your door every morning, free shuttle bus to the train station and staff to carry your luggage to the room.
Breakfast was of good quality, even though it felt overcrowded with staff.
On the other hand, rooms are small and the room interior feels quite dated. While all our other hotels in Japan had a free mini-bar you had to pay for everything at this hotel. The worse was that you had to pay a quite high price to use the gym and an additional high fee to use the pool. The pool was for adults only, so our teen daughters were not allowed. All in all quite disappointing.

A great hotel that lives up to its name

It's a lovely hotel with a sense of calm and luxury, and the hospitality of its classy employees is just amazing.
The twin rooms were quiet and clean, and the amenities were good. The bathroom is also separate and you can enter slowly.
The lounge is lined with Imperial Hotel brand baked goods, chocolate and snacks, and alcohol is free. Each plate you can choose depending on the time of day is delicious. Dinner was a course meal at Café Restaurant Coubert, which was very good. There are not many kinds of breakfasts, but I have the impression that many of them are of good quality.
We were told in advance that we had an elderly mother, and we were able to stay there with peace of mind, with a bed and toilet, a handrail for the bath, and chairs.
It was a really great hotel with an immediate irregular response.

Imperial Hotel Osaka is a 5 star + Hotel with the kindest staff, beautiful decor and furnishings, amazing views and top notch restaurants. We were treated so well from the second we stepped out of our Uber all the way to checking out of the hotel. We will return to Osaka in the future and stay here again.

This property, I learned, is now 30 years old but it looks pristine. The rooms are wonderfully laid out and the staff were amazing. The breakfast, which was included with our room, is not to be missed. I would recommend booking an Imperial Floor room so as to gain access to the lounge which has an incredible view of the city at night.
