Great Osaka stay

Great hotel a couple of streets away from the loud dontonbori. Across the street from 7-11. Very comfortable with the washing machines rooftop free to use. Can help yourself to additional towels and amenities which is very convenient. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Service at this hotel is amazing and friendly. Bathroom not good for elderly or mobility impaired. Room big enough to fit a 3rd person.

The property was clean, spacious and well laid out , except the beds weren’t facing the TV and mattresses very hard and uncomfortable but
The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!
The location is great .. I would recommend!

Location is convenient, only a 5 min walk from the action of Namba.
Family apartment, although quite spacious, doesn't offer must privacy between rooms. Staff were great.
Room was advertised as 'city view' but there is no view other than buildings across the street.
Overall the experience was fine for our stay

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. I enjoyed interacting with the staff members because they were very accommodating and helpful. However I am taking away one star because there was an issue with entering the property after hours.

My family of 13 stayed at this property in the 3 bedroom exclusive apartment and a 2 bedroom smaller room. Both rooms were great, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for all of us! And even better that it had 3 bathrooms too. Location is perfect for walking to Namba area and Dotonbori, everything is very close and feels safe! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)
