Great Location / Attentive Staff
Spent 7 nights at Hotel Nikko Osaka.
Hotel is located at the heart of Shinsaibashi and only about a 7-minute walk to Dotonbori (i.e. the famous Glico runner sign). There are literally hundreds of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk, while PARCO, Daimaru Department Store, and numerous luxury brand boutiques are directly across the street.
The lobby was inviting and well organized, with staff members available to greet guests and offer assistance. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were pleasant and friendly — a welcoming experience especially after a long international flight.
One of the biggest advantages of staying at Hotel Nikko Osaka is the hotel's direct access to Shinsaibashi Station. The station is located beneath the hotel, and it took only 2 to 3 minutes to reach the lobby via the underground passage and escalator. This made it incredibly convenient to travel throughout Osaka and take day trips to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe without any hassle.
The hotel offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options. We tried both during our stay, while both were delicious, the Japanese breakfast was our clear favorite. The quality, presentation, and variety were excellent, and it quickly became our preferred way to start each morning.
I would also like to give special recognition to the hotel concierge, Kenichiro-san, for his exceptional hospitality. He helped us confirm a last-minute lunch reservation at a highly acclaimed restaurant in Kobe. His responsiveness and personalized service added to an already wonderful stay.

Very clean and spacious room. Hotel itself is located right near major tourist attractions and is right on top of the subway line which makes traveling around Osaka very convenient. That is all to say that the value this hotel provides especially at this price is impeccable. Great place to use as a home base for exploring Kansai and a great place to come back to after a long day of walking and exploring.

This is the 4th time we stayed in Hotel Nikko Osaka, and like the previous 3 times, we would give the hotel a high rating for a number of reasons. The standard this time is just as good as previous times. Super convenient location, just a few minutes covered walk to Shinsaibashi station, and Parco is just opposite, also with plenty of restaurants around, and a Family Mart behind. It has everything you can ask for. Room was a little bit small, could barely open 2 full size luggage, but it's already slightly larger than the usual room size you get in Japan. We also like the fact that it has direct limousine bus service to Kansai Airport, very convenient option. Staff members were all very friendly.

The room is really clean and comfortable. With well mannered stuff, all we need in traveling is fulfilling. Not to mention the good place and excellent transportation method. The overall experience to the hotel is excellent. We’ve stay in this hotel for several times, its quality and performance stays the same high quality.
