Good stay excellent service at Osaka Keihan hotel

Hotel Keihan ; Room very clean no problems. Location 10mins walk from JR line. Atmosphere very good free flow of toiletries , free coffee between 730 to 11am and water at lobby.
We preferred hotel Keihan as the staff always polite smile and helpful. Thank you for the ice pack for my swell feet.
We arrived during cherry blossom.

The room was really small, practically a bed and a narrow corridor to the door. The pillow was not to our liking, flat even though it was a special pillow. The breakfast was not that varied. The offerings could be arranged more abundantly. Now small dishes where few. The staff are wonderful and the location is reasonably good.

The hotel was so convenient with transport links, shops, convenient stores on every corner, places to eat everywhere within throwing distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that they had shelves by reception to pick and choose toiletries you needed during your stay.
The laundry room was also very helpful. There wasn't a fight to use the 3 machines and dryers that were there. Easy payment method. Breakfast was lovely. And as a smoker, I was very grateful for the smoking room.

All good and easy check-in and check-out. Lots of places to get the necessities nearby and in walking distance in a lot of places. Also spacious and clean rooms

A Soft Place to Land in Japan

We started our two-week Japan trip at the Hotel Keihan Yodoyabashi. We loved the amenity bar in the front lobby and the breakfast buffet. We also really appreciated the friendly staff, who helped us with food orders and luggage transfers, and the central location, in a quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance to both the Osaka Metro and Keihan Railway. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Keihan Yodoyabashi for anyone looking for welcoming (and affordable!) accommodations in Osaka.
