Great location

Great location, walking distance to Namba Station. i rented a apartment. nice view from the windows. 100 meters to Lawson. 200 meters to Glico Sign. 250 meters to Shopping Street. Beside Dotonburi river.

Garbage

Horrible! I stayed at the floor 2F and the room was smelly, looks like it has been cleaned for ages. Look my pictures and see the floor next to my bed. There is no security for your luggage no room no place where you can leave your stuff, is à at your own risk and the staff seem to doesn’t care at all. The shower is bad, bed unformcortable, they would do nothing for feeling like home. I jut came from Japan countryside and hostel were amazing. I can’t believe to find a such garbbage in middle of Osaka.Give 1 is really kind. This place deserves a 0. If I would work for Japanese government I would arrest straight away the owner for giving a bad image of Japanese hostel.
About the room « with view », it’s a bad view, you won’t see anything of Dotonburi.

Just perfect..

Its all about perfections.
The location is near from Dotonbori and Namba station so we can just walk to the famous Glico running man area.
The other perfection is about the services, rooms, and also the kitchen.

Fabulous location, good for budget travelers.

The hostel is in an awesome location and staff are friendly. Communal kitchen and lounge are welcoming. However, we were disappointed with a few things... The only shower on our floor was out of order and the lift wasn't working during our stay. Bed mattress are thin and uncomfortable. Definitely don't stay here if cleanliness is a priority. The hostel feels old and is dark.

Great Location

Stayed 2 nights as we chose the hostel for its excellent location; right in Dotonburi, famous for its Glico Running Man, good food, shopping and entertainment. Chose the double private room with shared shower and bathroom and it turned out better than expected. The room was furnished with a bunk bed and a small sofa and coffee table. There were 3 private rooms on our floor (level 2) and a shared dorm but we never had to fight for shower / toilets although the hostel was full. Toiletries are provided (they use large sized Shiseido products ) but towels are extra- rented out for JPY100. There's a washing machine you can use (chargable) as well as 2 PCs with internet. The kitchen is large enough for guests and there's a small library, mostly travel guide books. We wanted to continue exploring Osaka after checking out and they happily kept our luggage with a reminder to pick up by 10 pm (doors close then).
