When you want to stay at a low price because you care about privacy

Considering the fact that you can stay in a private room for the price of other cabin type accommodations, and that it is conveniently located, I don't think it's a bad idea. There is also an elevator.
It is quite an old facility, so it is difficult to use, but it is thoroughly cleaned every day so there was no discomfort.
Women are advised to stay on the women-only floor. This is because there are shower rooms and toilets for women only.
Simple private rooms are separated by open sliding doors, so you can hear the sound of the next room.
I stayed in a normal private room but slept comfortably without feeling too nervous. There were towels, a fridge and air conditioning, so there was no problem. Even with the bunk beds, it was surprisingly comfortable to sleep.
Microwaves and water dispensers are available in common areas. I thought I could repeat it if it was a day where I just went to bed at night.

Good for Solo Traveler!!!

This Inn is very close to Kencho-mae station and international street, and Naha bus terminal was only 10 minutes on foot. Public shower room was really small but is fine and after mid-night you can only use the shower room on the 2nd level which is the check in hall and smoking is only allowed on this reception/sitting hall. Room size was moderate and air conditioner and WiFi were all fine. .However, there is a disadvantage that one bathroom every level. Very nice of the boss waited for my arrival around mid-night, You can use the fridge/micro wave and free coffee in the morning. .A 4/5 mins walk to the nearest family mart. The wifi work fine as well. It is okay to stay here at this price. Good for short stay/transit stay.

Affordable price for location

Very easy to find. Near the shopping centre and monorail station. Lawson, food restaurant is also close to the building
The room is very clean. This item i stay in dorm. Can meet new friends there and host is very nice.

Great location, affordable price for very basic accommodation

It is quite easy to get to the hostel from the airport. I caught the bus when I arrived but later found out that catching the monorail is much more less of a hassle (getting off at Kencho mae 260¥). Check in is at 2pm and I stayed in a single room which cost me 5000¥ for 2 nights. The reception is located on the second floor, so as you enter your first stop is the 2nd floor before you get dispatched with your key to your accommodation either on the third or fourth floor. The room had a small study table, a single bed, a TV and a small bedside cabinet. The hostel also has free wifi available. Bathroom and toilet are both separate and it was shared. The hotel is located just around the corner (around 7 minutes walk) from the famous Kokusai Street (international street) which is great for tax free souvenir shopping and has many restaurants. The hostel also supplies free bicycle hire for guests but you have to return the bike by 6pm. Downside of the hostel was I noticed that the door to my room could easily be opened with a hard tug at the door lever, so I ended up taking all my valuables (e.g. laptop, passport, etc) everywhere with me. I stayed at the guest house for 2 days in November. In summary, its great for single travellers on a budget or for travellers who are in Naha for very short periods only.

Unbeatable price for location

Very easy to find. It is right by the international street, and close walk to a train and bus station. A nice location to base for exploring.
For the price we paid for, the room quality was amazing! We stayed four nights in a 2 people bedroom with one bunk bed, which came with a mini-fridge and few bathroom amenities. Shared shower room was quite clean.
Major issue was that upper part of the wall that separates the room from the hallway was OPEN. So your room is semi-private in terms of noise. Our room was right in front of the bathroom so we could hear people showering. During our stay all guests were respectful and courteous so noise was not a big problem for us.
Another problem was only one room key was given to two of us. For one day we wanted to explore separately and it was inconvenient to have only one key.
If you are looking to socialize, we never saw anyone in the common area :'(
