This was an amazing stay

We booked this hotel as it guaranteed every room had a view of the lake and Mt Fuji, and it was sensational.
We included dinner and breakfast with our stay and we were delighted by both.
The staff at Mizno were very friendly and helpful, making our stay wonderful.
The hotel is on the side of the hill with a steep driveway up to it. The use of e-bikes made it much easier for us to get around, and up the hill!
There is a free shuttle bus into the train/bus station every 30min between 0800-1100, plus a bus pick up from the station when you first arrive, between 1400-1700.

Amazing views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko

Fantastic place to stay in Lake Kawaguchiko. We were so lucky with the visibility and had fantastic views of Mount Fuji from our room. Loved the onsen and the complimentary yukata, and the complimentary bus back to the station (as the hotel is on a bit of a hill).

Simply stunning

We stayed two amazing nights in this beautiful hotel. What outstanding views we had from our balcony. The staff and facilities were fantastic. We had breakfast one morning and Shabu Shabu dinner one evening. We booked the private onsen and what a lovely way to see Mount Fuji. A free shuttle back to the train station and pick up is an added bonus. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.

You can’t beat the location, the room is nice and comfortable and best of all the service was amazing! We had dinner there and it was delicious and the rooftop has an amazing atmosphere.

A chic and comfortable experience.

Very chic hotel.
Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to see Mount Fuji .
The bicycles provided are electric and very comfortable, and there is parking available ️.
The private onsen is magnificent (cost ¥5500), and the public onsen is empty, which is very appreciated.
