Long live the substance

If you leave appearances aside but look for substance, you have come to the right place. We stayed at the Cupolette for about a week, for a sporting event.
If we can say anything about the rooms, where essential services and cleanliness are guaranteed, the real highlight remains the restaurant.
Home cooking, with quality products and generous portions. We agreed on the menu every day with the very kind owners, also asking for traditional Molise dishes and we were always satisfied.
Kindness and courtesy from all the staff.
A special greeting to Mr. Andrea, a person from another era.

Horror hotel

To say terrible I think is little. I list what I found objectively: 70s furniture, still phone with the wheel, the lights of my floor were all off and I had to turn with the phone torch, only after my report came up a gentleman to turn on, hot water absent, shower not usable (but with frozen water in December I would not have done it...)
The door to the room is one of the "ancient", with a knob and lock.
I honestly don't know how they charge (no matter how much) for such a service.
To be closed.

MEETING, CHICKEN AND PASTA WITH SAUCE

The 'offspring' attended a swimming meet and, alas, this hotel was chosen. Well, the previous reviews already talk about the commitment needed to restore the structure (and, in some rooms, the hygiene standards) and those thoughts must be confirmed. Anyway, they are young and no one wants a 5* but what is absurd is that for three out of three meals (3 out of 3) pasta with sauce and chicken were served, the photo of which I attach so you can have an idea clear of what they serve at a not so modest price... shame about the elderly waiters, all in all kind but, obviously, it is the ownership that imposes certain choices. Anyway, chickens avoid the area

Good customer service

Hotel staff are kind and helpful.
The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The rooms are tiny, smelly and noisy.
The shower cubicle is microscopic. The outside setting is truly pleasant and includes a swimming pool. Gardens are lovely and the views are unforgettable.

Pessimo

Fatevi un regalo...state lontani da questo posto. Squallido, tetro, scarsamente pulito, orribilmente frequentato, rumorosissimo, approssimativamente gestito, arredi fatiscenti. Convenzionati con l'adiacente piscina sulla quale preferisco stendere un velo pietoso. Mai più nella mia vita metterò piede in quel posto.
