EXCELLENT B&B IN THE CENTER OF VILLASIMIUS
We arrived at the B&B in the late afternoon. We did not have the pleasure of knowing the Owner who was very kind and extremely helpful on directions via Whatsapp.
Room with terrace, very clean and comfortable.
Excellent and hearty breakfast consumed on the terrace overlooking Villasimius.
I compliment the gorgeous girl we met there the morning of Check-out also kind and helpful.

Are you happy now? It's amazing that two beggars like you have the right to write reviews. You've had a miserable life, you can't afford a hotel, so you're spending your frustration on the people who work there. Too bad I wasn't there when you got here, or I'd have kicked you out of the B&B. Go on with your mediocre life and have fun writing reviews. Anyway, the only good thing is we won't have the disgust of having two customers like that anymore.
People who dare to call an ice cream seller a mobster can only be garbage.
I recommend a good session at a psychiatrist to let off steam.

Cute but needs improvement
Very close to the center, convenient for those who do not have a car to park .. otherwise it is a problem because from 19:30 comes into force near the b & b the ZTL .. what does not say by the owners to our parking request at the time of booking!
Room well cleaned, nice and well served..
Too bad breakfast, unfortunately dry and dry cakes. Brioche definitely bought packaged .. poor salty part!
We also did not understand the sense of having to have breakfast in your room when there is a larger terrace ..
Quality price too high for what they offer..

Superb B&B near the centre
Nicola is very kind, he recommended several places to us and explained everything in detail.
The place is very close to the center and the beaches are easily reachable by car.
The room is clean, perfect for a couple.
We took one with a private balcony and could have breakfast there.
I definitely recommend

Breakfast could definitely be improved
All in all we had a good time, large and comfortable room with a small terrace which we really appreciated, however I would eliminate all the steps inside the room as in the night to reach the bathroom you can stumble badly. Breakfast needs to be completely changed, the sweet part is absolutely inadequate, with packaged discount products, not even a fresh croissant in the morning! Only the small salty part is saved.

Gent.mo Sig./ra Provandoo, non so chi lei sia (tutti i grandi recensori non so perché non mettono mai il nome nascondendosi dietro Nickname bizzarri) ma sono lieto che abbia espresso la sua opinione circa il soggiorno nel mio b&b e vorrei rispondere alle sue critiche.
La stanza alla quale si riferisce è sicuramente la camera Classic che possiede questa particolarità: per separare i due ambienti tra la camera matrimoniale e il letto singolo ci sono 2 gradini (contati) sormontati da una tenda (per creare anche maggiore privacy) che tanto sono piaciuti alla stragrande maggioranza degli ospiti.
La camera in questione è stata da Voi scelta e tutte le foto della camera sono visibili in tutti i siti di prenotazione su Internet dove si vedono chiaramente i gradini: se questo fatto vi ha creato così tanta apprensione non capisco perchè abbiate scelto proprio questa tipologia: le camere Superior (che sono più costose) per esempio non hanno gradini all'interno.
Quindi la prossima volta vi consiglio di guardare meglio le foto e tutte le caratteristiche delle camere.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione posso solo pensare che lei abbia o problemi di vista o di memoria.
Le ricordo che nel buffet della colazione ogni giorno ci sono: tre tipi di cereali (marca Kellogg's), fette biscottate (marca Mulino Bianco), 5 tipi di marmellate (marca Haro o Columbus) e Nutella mini, tre tipi di tè (marca Twinings), cialde per il caffè (marca Lavazza) frutta fresca e lavata varia, 2 tipi di pane appena sfornato, e varie torte e dolci che cambiano ogni giorno a rotazione che sono confezionati da pasticcerie artigianali o delle marche solite della grande distribuzione (ES. Algida); nel frigo a disposizione degli ospiti si sono latte (marca Arborea, qualora non lo conoscesse è il miglior latte sardo) burro (marca Arborea o Conad a seconda della disponibilità), yogurt (marca Arborea) tre tipi di succhi di frutta e acqua naturale o frizzante.
Gli unici 2 prodotti (contati) che può aver trovato dei detestati Discount sono l'acqua e il succo di frutta: mi scuso se questo può aver turbato la sua colazione ma per una questione di approvvigionamento non vado a compare negli scaffali ma interi cartoni e capita spesso che i market con le "marche" non li abbiano disponibili.
Cercherò di superare questo scoglio.
Per quanto riguarda la mancanza dell'adorato cornetto, la informo che a rotazione preparo anche dei cornetti alla marmellata per gli ospiti, non troppo frequentemente perchè la maggior parte degli ospiti preferisce nel b&b una colazione con dolci diversi (crostate, torte, biscotti ecc...) dal solito cornetto che può trovare in un qualsiasi bar, quindi purtroppo per voi (e mi dispiace) il vostro soggiorno è coinciso con la rotazione sbagliata (se ne aveste solamente fatto richiesta ve li avrei preparati senza problemi come ho fatto tante altre volte).
Per ultimo visto che mi pare che abbia alte aspettative su tutte le attività verso la quale fa le recensioni (ho dato un'occhiata al suo profilo per capire chi lei fosse perchè mi sembra una cosa insensata rispondere a un buffo Nickname) vorrei ricordarle che non ha prenotato una suite in resort 5 stelle ma la camera più economica di un b&b, che offre un servizio perfettamente in linea con la tariffa da lei pagata (e ne avanza pure!).
Se si volesse palesare per altri chiarimenti o informazioni i miei contatti li conosce.
