Good value hotel

The hotel is well run and is a good value. The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
It's a fairly basic room but it is well organized. There are electrical outlets on each side of the bed, as well as master light switches and reading lights. The bed is comfortable. The shower has very strong water pressure and the stall is fully enclosed and no water leaks out onto the bathroom floor.
There is a convenient solid wood luggage rack and a desk. The blackout curtains are effective, as is the air conditioning.
One thing to watch out for- it fooled me so I had no air conditioning the first day. In my experience the snow flake symbol on the thermostat means cooling but apparently here it means that it's cold and it is the heat. You have to put it on the sun symbol to get the air conditioning going.
The TV has the BBC World News on channel 301.
There is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room nor are there tissues, hair conditioner or body lotion.
The hotel is not in the Old Town. The main square (Piazza dei Signori) is 1.3 km away.
The breakfast is excellent and is more substantial than a typical Italian continental one. I like that there are healthy options such as whole wheat rolls, granola and plain (as well as flavored) yogurt. There are sliced apples and bananas, stewed prunes and canned pineapple. Also scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, cold cuts, cucumbers and tomatoes and several pastries and cake.
Unfortunately there is only one coffee machine so you often must wait.

This hotel was very nice and clean. We were 2 A /3 C and we had a 3 single beds and 1 double bed room in a U shape with the bathroom in the U. Staff very helpful and kind. Room had 2 AC and was not on when arrived so getting the room confortable was long and was never able to get to a cooling point. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a decent variety. Elevator fits 2 adults with luggage. I recommand!

In a strategic location to visit the city

Great hotel in a strategic location to visit the city, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and the main monuments.
If you arrive by car, you can park in the internal courtyard or in the reserved spots.
Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of sweet or savory options.

Find attention, quality and courtesy

It was a very pleasant experience for a business trip. Staff extremely helpful and courteous, intuitive on the small needs of the customer. Cleanliness and well maintained services. Breakfast varied and well served, tables carefully prepared and clean without interruptions or waits. Definitely advisable for work, but also for leisure trips, given the proximity to the central area, reachable with a few dozen minutes walk.

Excellent solution

Great accommodation, convenient to see everything in Vicenza even moving on foot. Structure certainly dated but kept really well, spotless, courteous and helpful staff and spacious rooms as well as the bathroom. Breakfast very ok with everything both sweet and savory. Recommended also for really stra competitive prices.
