A delight on all counts! A true gem.

From the moment we entered the lobby and were greeted by Elena I knew we made a great choice with this hotel. Everyone was equally helpful for anything we asked Among the highlights. Parking was easy. It’s a public lot next to the ferry terminal nearly across from the hotel. The hotel provides a pass for the window at a reduced rate. This needs to be explained much better on Expedia. Try not to arrive on a Saturday - the day of the famous market (the best I’ve ever been to) & then finding a place is challenging! Access to the ferries is terrific and a key way to see all the neighboring small villages. We particularly enjoyed a day pass to see Isolated Bella and Stresa. Though happy we stayed in Verbania.

Had a lovely stay here, clean room with lovely lake view, good powerful shower, only downside - it was bit noisy at night from the local bars.
Parking tip - you can park in the ferry port carpark for a week for around 25 euros instead of using the hotel one

Good but…

Studio at €220 per night in high season. View of the back of other buildings just a few meters away. Same for the small interior courtyard. Room service is very good but does not clean the hair clogging the shower. Small kitchenette, but you have to pay a €20 daily supplement to use it. Very good breakfast buffet and well located on the main road a few minutes' walk from the pier. No restaurant in the hotel. Parking facilities a few hundred meters away for €8 per day. Remarkable: the manager is present in the breakfast room in the morning and helps out with the service… a great example of leadership. Too bad he doesn't respond when you say hello to him (even in Italian).

The Perfect Hotel with superb staff

This is the first time at lake Maggiore for us to get away from hectic life. We celebrated our birthday together at this marvelous hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were so surprised to see a bucket of prosecco waiting for us, also our name on the television screen too. Furthermore the hotel provides welcome drinks every day . For our opinion it never gets better than this. This hotel is highly recommended to everyone. If you haven't stay here before, please try it . We would like to give big thank you to Carlo, Andrea and others to make our stay brilliantly. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

Unforgettable holiday

Hotel that fully deserves 4 stars. Courteous and attentive staff, wonderful location, attention to space and details, great decor. I add varied and quality breakfast.
