staff was so helpful with navigating water taxis and getting from place to place. they had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. we loved that the water taxi came right up to the hotel and we only had to take the elevator down to the main floor to catch it. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Probably the freshest breakfast I've ever had. From eggs to juice to fresh honey (on the comb!)...it was memorable. We had a great time!!

Very friendly staff, helped arrange a private water taxi(speedboat) on arrival at the airport. Hotel perfect for what we needed. Especially loved the little patio on the decking where you could watch the gondaliers go by whilst enjoying a drink. Perfect location - approx 6-8min walk to the square in 1 direction, and the same distance to Rialto bridge in the other direction. Very nice restaurants just minutes away from hotel.
We had a balcony room with a canal view. My husband loved opening the doors and hearing the sounds from the gondaliers drift up to the room. Was quite nice waking to the sounds of the serenades from the gondaliers.
We had a lovely stay here and would stay again if ever returned to Venice

This hotel is a great find. It’s reasonably priced, has a wonderful staff and is located in a quiet street that somehow seems to be about 10 mins of leisurely walking to where most tours start. I really cannot overstate how helpful and friendly the staff is here. They arranged transfers and communicated the whole time to make sure we found our taxi from the airport. Very helpful.

Arrange the water taxi in advance drops off right at the property
San Marco square 5 min walk great restaurants great shopping can’t say anything bad about this property. You will not be disappointed.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all request and questions. Front desk service was exceptional, breakfast staff was very attentive and welcoming, room was kept clean and done daily. The only suggestion I would have is to get better beds. The bed was too hard for me and with all the walking around I would have prefer a more comfortable bed.
The hotel staff is amazing!!!
