A lovely hotel

A great location and we loved our room , which overlooked the pedestrianised street with pretty shutters as well as glass windows which also opened up .Loveky traditional decor but with modern bathroom ,shower and amenities .Great big television and a lovely breakfast with hot and cold food A loveky courtyard garden too if you wanted to sit outside .Veey clean ,lift to all floors .

This hotel is in a great location. Short walk from the train and easy to access the rest of Venice. Breakfast was very nice

No Air conditioning

I'm giving this hotel 2 star because our stay was very disappointing. We visited Venice during very hot weather, and our room did not have working air conditioning (or no air conditioning at all). It made the room extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in.
The service was just average. The staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendly, and overall we didn't feel valued as guests.
I can't say whether all of the rooms are like this, but it felt as though we were given one of the lowest-quality rooms in the hotel. Based on our experience, I wouldn't choose to stay here again or recommend it to others, especially during the summer months.

The rooms are clean enough
The breakfast can be better with more choices of cheese, tomato, cucumber and green refreshments
Such 4 *hotels should provide single use slippers and keetle in the rooms
İ suggest this hotel for its location and friendly staff

Our stay was very enjoyable; the staff was very, very helpful and always there to answer questions.
Breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor garden terrace for breakfast.
I would recommend reserving an upgrade to the standard room as the bathroom had a lot of mold on the tiles.
