Quick trip to venice

I booked this on short notice, and luckily they had space. I've stayed at Generator Hostels before snd this one was definitly better than the rest. A lot of that goes to my other roommates since I was in a 16 person mixed room, but i had no issues sleeping. The hostel reception and bar area are great and clean with plenty of space to talk to others.

Would rather stayed somewhere else.

Very Dirty Common áreas and unfriendly reception. 2/10 Points
If you came 10 minutes Late Breakfast and in bar at Night They don’t serve you Any Drinks or Food.
The only good is a calm area out the street and vaporetto Station just 500 m away.
Some years ago This Hostel chain was good, but it changed so much.

Perfect welcome.

For the second time, we had the fortune to introduce Venice to a group of young students from Geneva, Switzerland!
The stay at the Generator was perfect, and Giudecca is absolutely worth discovering!
Thank you very much to Sara and Alberto for the warm welcome and friendliness!
Highly recommended for groups!

Nice Place, needs to be better cleaned and maintained

the people, the bar and the lobby are nice. the rooms are old and dirty. the location is good but not excellent, because you always need to take a boat for 3 stops to cross the giudecca channel.

Okayish stay

Messy Showers and Toilets were smelly. Locations was great and easily accessible from the Vaporetto. Rude Barista didn’t want to serve us in cups but only on paper cups.
