Holiday on the snow
Great hotel! Located in a strategic position, opposite the lifts. Comfortable and spotless rooms! Varied and rich breakfast buffet! Dinner to choose from 3 different offers with vegetable buffet, great! But above all a big thank you to the very welcoming and helpful waitstaff, the clear and precise reception and the property. While skiing I fell with a torn ligament: they were all understanding, sorry and very correct, given the situation! We will definitely be back!

Mediocre experience in Val Gardena.
I would like to put a negative review for the Hotel Laguscei Dolomites Mountain Hotel in Val Gardena. The experience was disappointing, especially as regards the staff.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with coldness, without any smile or kindness. Requests for information or help have been ignored or dismissed sufficiently. I do not want to make all the grass a bundle as the waitresses were very helpful and kind to meet the needs of our two small children.
I also wanted to tell you that if you had a “cumbersome” car you will find yourself dealing with a nice problem, they provide a garage with bad access as it is narrow and low with the risk of scratching or bumping the car. As for the culinary experience it was a real disaster. The food was bland and with little choice, moreover the cost of water ( 3.50 750 ml) is really exaggerated.
As for the positive notes, the potion of the hotel is very convenient for those who go there only and exclusively for skiing, the shuttle service for non-skiers that takes you to Corvara (be careful though because it must be agreed the night before and at fixed times)
The cleanliness of the rooms is good and the readiness to make small changes inside the room is efficient.

Recommended hotel outside Corvara
Friendly and helpful staff to customer needs.
Small room, but rightly for the stay.
The hotel has a swimming pool and spa (with sauna and whirlpool).
Buffet breakfast and dinner with buffet and typical Ladin dishes very good, shame only for the haste in bringing the various courses, but nothing excessively negative.

Good hotel, great dinners and breakfasts. More hotels like that and fewer uncivilized people.
Hotel in a good location. Passo Campolongo is still not stormed by tourists like other nearby areas.
At the beginning if you arrive with the idea of staying in the deafening silence and total quiet of the mountain you may perhaps be disappointed because the hotel overlooks a large passageway where cars and motorcycles transit night and day. I was very worried about this, I was afraid I could not sleep, but in the test of facts, I noticed that if you stand with the double-glazed window closed you are not bothered. The problem may arise if, out of heat or necessity, you are forced to keep the windows open. Considering that at 1800 meters the hotel does not have air conditioning, it means that there is normally no need, but if for any reason you want to open the window, the coming and going of cars or motorcycles there is, needless to deny it. It thins out maybe from midnight until three-four, but then it starts again.
The good thing is that in front of the hotel, on the grass side and deckchairs, there is a salt flat where there is a fresh mountain water fountain from which you can draw for free.
The room in general was clean, with regular change of towels. I've seen them vacuuming all the time and washing on the ground. As for the room, if I have to find two things a little unpleasant, they are the proximity of the balconies of the other rooms to your balcony (if someone reaches out they can steal your things you leave on your terrace table) and the smoke that can come from the neighbor's balcony if you leave the window open. Unfortunately, as long as smoking is not prohibited in rooms and balconies, it is necessary to absorb the passive smoke of others.
The real notes of merit, however, were breakfast and dinner, wide choice and good quality. We enjoyed the vegetable buffet in quantity to be consumed before the actual dinner, which is served from 7pm to 8.30pm and which always includes a first course, a second course and a dessert. First and second courses can always be chosen from three proposed alternatives, the dessert instead is only one. On the evening of mid-August, moreover, the dinner included a mega wedding-style binge.
Very friendly and nice the two waiters who served our table. They were always willing to give advice on places does visit, walks to do, etc.
An off-key note, unfortunately, was the wellness area and swimming pool, not so much because it stormed, because at times you could also find few people or none, but because it was rendered unusable due to the rudeness of the people. I noticed, for example, that almost no one before entering the pool respected the minimum hygiene rule of showering in the next room. I have to say that the hotel has put up signs to warn customers that you have to enter after taking a shower, that you need to use a headset and that you even do not have to enter the local pool with shoes, yet I have not seen anyone observe this rule. I am afraid that many people, still sweating from the walks made in the mountains, on the way back entered the pool as it was, letting sweat, dead skin, residue of creams and so on into the water. That's gross. In one situation I pointed out myself to some boys asking for a headset, that it was necessary to go first even from the shower, but I felt alone to fight this battle.
The same applies to the whirlpool in the wellness area where some entered naked and without a towel in the sauna leaving their sweat everywhere (naked means naked completely).
Perhaps in these situations it is appropriate that the hotel exercises a minimum of control to verify and verbally admonish all those who do not comply with common sense rules. It is true and I understand that it may have an additional cost for the hotel to put staff in place to manage and control these areas, but it is also true that in this way there is a risk that these areas of the hotel will become the preserve of only the most uncivilized and rude and that the other guests, who have also paid for those services, will leave. That's not fair.
However, it is a recommended hotel, hoping that it will be frequented more and more by respectful people.

Dolomites tour
We visited the place in 2023 in 2025. Great location for motorcycle riding in Dolomites.
And the garage for the motorbike outweighs.
Friendly stuff and the service is great. Great breakfast and solid dinner. Friendly stuff and great service.
