Elegant hotel. Amazing restaurant.

By far one of the most elegant hotels I have stayed in for a work trip. Grand entrance, excellent attentive staff, spacious & clean room and an excellent restaurant.
Did not try out the spa facilities, which looked nice, but did go into the fitness centre for a run and cycle.
Could not have asked for a smoother stay.

Highly Recommended

Stayed in Turin Hilton for 3 nights and very pleasant. The supervisor checked us in Alexander has been excellent from the minute we walked in the hotel, he was very friendly and instantly made us feel welcome as it's our first time visiting Turin. And throughout the stay, he's very helpful every time we went up to him. The hotel is in central location and walk to everywhere

A great experience

Great service with unique staff. Red carpet rolled-out for Diamond Members. At the reception and at breakfast : what a nice and warm people. A true unique and TOP hotel experience. Thx a lot !

Are paying guests equal???

We has a lovely drink every night on the terrace. Then, on our last night, we were stopped on our way to the terrace. It was boiling hot and we really wanted to go outside. Explanation: very important people from another country. Pardon?! There was nowhere a sign of a privaty party, but our access was abruptly denied. I complained saying that in Switzerland all paying guests are treated like VIPs. Why not separate a couple of tables for the other thankful guests?? The same procedure the following morning, the terrace was suddendly closed for breakfast. Though the barkeeper expressed his apologies, we were very disappointed by this impoliteness, by being denied like second class visitors.... which we are not indeed. This experience was an absolute NO GO.
