Friendly, home from home

What a super place to stay in Torino!
Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, the hosts were so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Giovaldi's. It was great value, had a lovely atmosphere and will recommend it to our family and friends.

A B&B not to be missed.

We were hosted by Giovaldi’s, unfortunately, only for one night. The room and services were impeccable; nothing was left to chance. We thank Mr. Aldo for his courtesy, availability, and the culinary advice that was greatly appreciated!

RUN AWAY - Very disappointing and unacceptable experience

We booked a room for a wheelchair user as the hotel was in the wheelchair accessible category and the manager confirmed that the shower was suitable.
Upon arrival, we noticed stairs to the hotel and the room, which was in the basement, making access impossible for a wheelchair user.
While on the booking confirmation it was well mentioned that the accommodation is entirely located on the ground floor.
The worst part is that the hotel refuses to admit its mistake and to refund us, despite the evidence.
We then had to leave the premises and pay for another hotel in an emergency.
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
The mentality of the managers is reflected in a lack of consideration of the situation of the passengers. The manager told us that the bathroom was accessible and there was a way to get downtown in a wheelchair. However, he failed to tell us that the hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility: access to the hotel and room requires climbing stairs.

Reception and availability in the center of Turin

We stayed in 3, two adults and a child. Giovaldi's B&B is located in a convenient position to visit the city of Turin, because it is very close to the metro station and many services including a well-stocked supermarket, various types of restaurants including some affiliated with the structure. The triple room we stayed in for 4 nights is very comfortable. There is a space set up for breakfast which is served in the room at the agreed time. The breakfast is special: with homemade sweet and savory proposals, delicious. Thanks to B&B Giovaldi's for helping us feel good on holiday in Turin.

Surprising stay

Two days in a beautiful and very clean facility. The two managers very polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast very rich and with excellent raw materials. The price very much in line with the offer. We will definitely return for other occasions.
