Not Up To Scratch
Staff were indifferent, rooms so basic - everything plastic - even glasses.
Tiny box shower.
WiFi was practically non existent.

We would not book this hotel again
Old and worn out.
Monotonous and simple food. Dining room too small for the many guests. Food was replenished late or not at all.
Hotel manager was often unmotivated and rarely friendly. Mould in the shower.
Located far from the beautiful Tropea and the beaches on a hill. There are no footpaths for the 3 km down and steep uphill.
There are hardly any possibilities for a pleasant stay in the hotel.
Positive was the great view, therefore 2☆.

Hotel getting old
Excellent is the location
the food is very good
The staff were VERY friendly without exception!
Activities in the hotel mediocre.
The hotel has unfortunately turned out to be a pensioner establishment, with this clientele can be sold well further bus trips...
Boring evening program...
Room partly a disaster...
But what's worst are the rooms with the so-called Garden View - the sewers stink to heaven that is unendurable already in May - you can imagine that at 40 degrees. I did indeed change the room once - because it was not functional at all. #184/#166 not only because of the smell....
if jmd lives above you, well then Bravo- you hear EVERYTHING- old people who cultivate the smoker's cough in the morning et alteri - NOBODY wants that!!! The shelf belongs urgently refurbished u the events in the evening revised--but right!!!!
And then it might be fun to stay there again as a younger generation.

This was my worst travel nightmare!
The food is artificial overdosed from sugar for breakfast. There is no fresh fruit or vegetable. Coffee is horrible.
Rooms are dirty everywhere you look, bed sheets 100 years old and washed out, bathroom floor is filthy, there are stains on walls.
The hotel staff is very aggressive and if you would complain they start behave as mafia, they even shout at guest or would not give you voucher for internet.
This is the place which should be really closed down for good.
