Negative

We booked this apartment for one night, but we never got in. For an error we got the check in link not working and the host never answered the countless calls, emergency number does not exist.
We had communicated our arrival late in the evening and had been given availability.
We stayed 4 girls in the middle of the street at 2am.
Absolutely unacceptable!
I would never recommend it, if you have a problem at a time other than daytime there is no assistance of any kind.

Hard to imagine worse!!! Dirty, no towels, no TV, no reception to be able to ask for assistance!!!! Never seen anything like it (thankfully!)! The worst hotel that ever happened to me

The pictures say everything in the bathroom extremely much mold no shower hose air filter has never been cleaned no mirror the extractor hood is fake

Would not stay there again

The appointments are not bad but unfortunately it spoils in some important details: there are no abat jour, which makes it difficult to go to the bathroom without waking the bedmate with the central light. After calling the manager and being reassured that he would provide it, it was not. There are no extra pillows or blankets. Some need more support even as a result of some pathologies, I had to buy a pillow to sleep... the small shower cap is detached from the wall making it useless. The toilet toothbrush is missing and this is really an unhygienic not to say gross thing.
The rooms on the street, for those who have light sleep, are to be avoided because there is a lot of confusion not so much of cars but rather of people screaming and giving casinos until late at night. The TV is not there and this is a small venial sin, but with today’s costs it is really strange not to find it.
Would not stay there again

Very low level

I had never stayed in Italy in an apartment of such a low standard.
The property looks very good on sites with great reviews, but the photos are misleading and the reality of the matter is another.
The rooms are dirty, unkept and arranged: there is not even a mirror.
The bathroom without bidet, with the shower clogging.
Only positive note the location.
Overall very low level compared to the price.
