Cozy experience in an excellently renovated courtyard
Great location to reach all the beaches of Salento. Room very spacious and spotless. Erminia, the hostess, baked a different cake every morning, all delicious; there was also a wide availability of other breakfast items. He also recommended the most beautiful beaches to see and the typical places to dine.

A very pleasant surprise!
La Vecchia Corte is an excellent structure to use as a base for those visiting Salento. In a charming and beautifully restored historical setting, the rooms are equipped with every comfort. Free public parking is available nearby. Crowning all the extreme availability and hospitality of Erminia, excellent hostess and endless source of information.

Breakfast to improve
Typical and historical location that may or may not like, we liked it very much for its typicality
Inserted in an ancient court we booked a room with partial stone walls and iron bed
The room x a couple is spacious and possibly there is the presence of a third bed
It is true as I read from other reviews that the window is missing and there is only the presence of a skylight but the absence of the window is totally forgotten with the originality of the room and very high ceilings.
The absence of parking is not a problem a place for the car is always
Cleaning performed well
So if you want to spend little and manage money for dinners and beaches we recommend it!!
If you expect a satisfying breakfast absolutely NO!!
Poor quality products mostly from discount stores when the south is full of delicacies
Attention to the customer x us as proclaimed by Mr. Erminia and very different
From the first day we asked for lemon x tea and iced milk the first was at large x the whole period of stay in the company of apricot jam where his space was always empty

Mi fa piacere che abbia apprezzato la tipicità e storicità della mia struttura.
Mi dispiace invece che abbia ritenuto la colazione insoddisfacente, sarà perché ogni mattina la vostra colazione consisteva in un tazzone di tè , fette biscottate e metà marmellatina e quindi non vi siete accorti del resto del buffet che era composto da: acqua naturale e frizzante, tre tipi di succo BRAVO, affettato e formaggi del nostro territorio, yogurt vari LAND, frutta fresca, 4 tipi di cereali KELLOGG'S, pane casareccio,due tipi di torte diverse ogni giorno delle quali molte fanno parte della pasticceria locale, crostate con marmellate fatte in casa, fette biscottate MULINO BIANCO classiche e integrali, pancake MULINO BIANCO , waffel ,miele monodose, nesquik monodose,nutelline FERRERO , due tipi di toping, sciroppo d'acero, marmellatine di vari gusti HERO, 8 tipi di bevande calde erogate da una macchina professionale , frutta secca biscotti tipici e vari tipi di tè e tisane. A questo punto sono in difficoltà perciò le sarei immensamente grata se mi consigliasse cosa aggiungere a questo elenco per rendere la colazione soddisfacente e, soprattutto , dettaglio molto importante , consigliarmi la marca degli alimenti e il supermercato dove fare la spesa visto che ha dichiarato che i prodotti sono di scarsa qualità proveniente da discount , ci tengo a precisare però, che sono tutti prodotti delle grandi marche tranne lo yogurt che lo compro all' Eurospin perché piace molto.
È vero che il primo giorno la sua signora mi ha chiesto il limone che non avevo ma le ho spiegato che siccome non lo vuole nessuno, quando l'ho comprato è andato buttato e questo per me si chiama spreco, ma siccome a lei piaceva stavo uscendo per andare a comprarlo e la sua signora mi ha bloccata dicendomi che non è fondamentale perché il tè lo prende anche senza limone e non voleva assolutamente che per colpa sua andasse buttato, le ho detto che per la mattina dopo glielo avrei fatto trovare e lei mi ha detto che non è necessario e che andava bene così. Però...........non è certo da questo che si può giudicare l'attenzione verso un cliente! Per quanto riguarda il latte , nel frigo ne ho a litri ma non ho ancora il potere di leggere nelle menti, tantomeno lo metto fuori dal frigo, ma lo metto fuori quando mi viene richiesto perché si potrebbe avariare quindi bastava solo chiedermelo. La marmellata non ha uno spazio ben preciso ma se anche non mi fossi accorta che mancava la marmellata di albicocche bastava semplicemente chiedere!
P.S.:Per rispetto di chi lavora imparate a fare recensioni costruttive e non distruttive! E quell'assolutamente NO! è una dichiarazione mendace e distruttiva!!

Homely stay in the lovely Salento town of Tricase
Erminia will take care of you in her lovely bnb. She was like a mother to us and made us feel right at home.
Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet. 15 min walk to the centre of tricase. Good base for exploring Salento.
The breakfast was excellent - bread, cheese, meats, yoghurt, cake and fruit!
Make sure you note the phone number, as when you first arrive, no one may be on the property
