Excellent location

Excellent location for visiting the city on foot. Excellent breakfast that can also be enjoyed outside. Welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel parking is outdoors in the sun and a bit expensive! There is no room in the room to open a second suitcase and the "welcome kit" for coffee and herbal teas is missing.

Breakfast expensive at 17€. Room nice but couldn’t get coffee machine to work so gave up. Nice room with large bed and walk in shower.

Just don’t bother

April so not cold and not hot outside - but no in room air circulation available. Advice from staff was open your doors.

No charm but other assets.

Certainly this large building of the 70s-80s does not have the characteristics of a charming hotel and its interior decoration is aging.
However, this hotel has other advantages.
Its location 2 minutes from the train station, very convenient for a day trip to Venice (a train every half hour) and 400 m from the historic center.
The superior rooms are large and well equipped (air conditioning, minibar, wifi, kettle with coffee and tea).
The large bathroom deserves
priority refreshment before a complete renovation of the hotel.
The hotel's private parking is very convenient (22 € per day).
Breakfast is very complete and of correct quality.
The reception staff is courteous and fluent in French.
Overall, the value for money is very satisfactory.

The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this.
