very exellent

he B & B is located in the center a few steps from the cathedral.
Courtesy and excellent availability from the owners.
Breakfast service full of sweet and savory products.
A variety of products per stay period.
Rooms exposed inside and silent.
only negative note: lack of air conditioning.
Who thinks that in August the temperatures are mild, because mountain resorts, it's wrong.
We hope that in the future we will find a little fresh.

Great location, but tiny breakfast

Nice and clean apartment and great location in the old town. Small Italian breakfast served from 8 am, not enough in case you are doing sport. Common bath room. I had to ask for a receipt!!!??? Credit cars and pay cards are not accepted.

Great location with very friendly owner

Valentina (the owner) was lovely and very helpful. The 2 restaurants she recommended were excellent choices. She made us feel very welcome.
The room was a good size as was the bathroom - albeit across the hall from our room. Not so fond of the towels but everything was vey clean.
The location was fabulous yet very quiet as it is set back from the street.
Breakfast was good - more substantial than many Italian offerings.
We'll worth a visit.

Grat location, quiet and cosy

I spent two nights in a double room with my dad. The building does not look very nice from outside because it is old and a bit rusty, but the whole flat of the B&B looks modern and really beautiful. The room has a great window and very comfortable furniture. It is a two minute walk from the central square, surrounded by good ice- shops, cafes and restaurants. It might be a bit expensive for a B&B but we were both very happy about the friendly owner and all the rest. I will probably come back to this place in my next visit.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben dort mit sechs Personen eine Nacht verbracht und schon beim herein kommen waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß, sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt in der Stadt, sodass man abends nich lange nach einem Restaurant suchen muss und man kann schön durch die Gassen schlendern. Auch wenn die Wohnung direkt in der Stadt ist, ist es abends nicht laut. Es wird auch nicht zu warm in den Zimmern, da jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer über einen Ventilator verfügen. Der Tisch war schon beim hereinkommen fertig für das Frühstück gedeckt, sodass wir nichts machen mussten. Wir konnten selbst mit der Besitzerin der Wohnung per WhatsApp schreiben und so haben wir ausgemacht wann wir die Brötchen geliefert bekommen. Am Morgen kam dann eine Mitarbeiterin mit den Brötchen und hat uns während des Frühstücks versorgt z.B. Kaffee gemacht ( egal was Cappuccino etc. ). Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung auch noch über eine Waschmaschine, was für und sehr praktisch war, da wir mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs waren und unsere Sachen jeden Tag waschen mussten.
Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass die Wohnung sehr schön ist und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
