Nice spacious room

Nice room along with bathroom and air conditioner in relation to price. Both the room and bathroom is spacious. Highly recommended in terms of quality related to price! Nice service of one free water bottle as well along with slippers and towels!

Location and Property: The hotel presents itself as a 4-star, but in my opinion, it does not reflect this category. It is located near the station and is not very close to the historic center. The positive note is the spacious room, but unfortunately, the view was only of the building in front. Comfort and Soundproofing
The main problem was the soundproofing, which was practically nonexistent. The rooms are not soundproofed and we could clearly hear the neighbor in the next room snoring and using the bathroom, compromising our privacy and rest.Bathroom and Amenities
My friends reported a continuous water leak from the shower right from the start. The only solution provided by the staff was to give us more towels to mop up the floor. The comforts typical of the category are missing: only a soap dispenser is present, no shower caps or other complimentary toiletries. The general cleanliness appeared decent, but without excelling. Breakfast and Reception
The breakfast was good for the sweet options, while the savory selection can definitely be improved. Negative note regarding price management: the vending machines at the entrance displayed different (and lower) prices compared to what was then requested and paid at the reception. Although we pointed this out to the staff several times, the situation was not corrected.In conclusion, for the same price in Trapani, you can certainly find better. I would not recommend it.

Mi rammarica apprendere che la sua percezione riguardo alla categoria del nostro hotel non sia stata all'altezza delle sue aspettative. La nostra posizione, sebbene non sia nel centro storico, è strategica per chi desidera esplorare Trapani, essendo situati a soli 500 metri dalla spiaggia più vicina. Ci scusiamo se la vista dalla camera non ha soddisfatto le sue preferenze. La insonorizzazione delle camere è un aspetto che prendiamo seriamente in considerazione e ci dispiace sapere che ha riscontrato problemi in merito. La sua segnalazione sarà presa in carico per valutare eventuali miglioramenti futuri.
In merito alla fuoriuscita d'acqua dalla doccia, ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente. È nostro obiettivo garantire un soggiorno confortevole e ci dispiace che la soluzione proposta non sia stata sufficiente. Riguardo ai prodotti di cortesia, il nostro hotel è un 4 stelle che offre un servizio di prima colazione, e pertanto non prevediamo dotazioni di cucina o un'ampia gamma di articoli nel bagno. Tuttavia, ci impegniamo a fornire un servizio di pulizia di alta qualità e ci impegneremo a esaminare i suoi commenti per migliorare ulteriormente.
Infine, mi scuso per la confusione riguardo ai prezzi delle macchinette dispenser. La trasparenza è fondamentale per noi e faremo in modo di correggere eventuali discrepanze in modo che non si ripetano in futuro.
La ringrazio nuovamente per il suo feedback e spero che ci darà un'altra opportunità di sorprenderla con un soggiorno migliore in futuro.

Review

Recurring daily noise coming from the toilet flushing system or the plumbing. The airflow from the air conditioner is directed straight at the bed, specially on the head, which is not good.

Beautiful

It was a very nice experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are great and the breakfast is good. The location is good too.

Three nights in Trapani

Trapani is a small city on the west coast of Sicily. We stayed for three nights. The hotel has excellent city location to the harbour and train station. A bus stop nearby aswell. Breakfast was very Italian, maybe lacking some fruit and vegetables. The room was tidy and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
