exquisite hospitality and kindness

spent just one night during these hectic covid-19 times. since there were no taxis available when i got to suzzara train station, the host kindly came to the rescue and helped me out in person!
my room was spotless and had a nice view facing the countryside, was quiet and the wi-fi worked just fine.
would definitely come back!

MORE THAN BLUE..... I WOULD CALL IT BLACK. COMPLETELY BLACK. BESIDES THEY WANTED A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN THE ONE ADVERTISED.

The nightmare began as soon as we entered: broken doors, impossible cold, broken window in the bathroom, a heater suitable as a boiler for Barbie's house, the air conditioners were old and unusable.
The photos will "translate" reality.
It is not possible that such indecent structures still exist in 2024. should be forced to renovate or close.
In the morning the receptionist told my husband that given the heat of the previous days the technician had gone to turn off the boiler, too bad she was exactly two meters from the nice warm entrance.
They only take advantage of it because they are close to the Suzzara hospital.
Shame!
What else to say? Anyone who looks at the photos will have little to comment.

Average hotel

Average hotel, professional staff..The most professional and helpful person in the hotel is Franco of breakfasts. Great man, obviously nothing take away from all the staff as the Miriam, Elisa and Daniele.consigli highly

To improve

On the road between Suzzara and Gonzaga, next to the "Il moro" restaurant, this hotel consists of around thirty rooms. The furniture is basic, but of poor quality and half ruined (peeling desk, broken mosquito net, chipped windows). Breakfast is saved: varied buffet with also savory options.

Better this time!

The Hotell is nice and have fresh rooms.
This time the breakfast was also better and open everyday.
The reception are very helpful and kind.
One minus for the girl who works at the breakfast - speak no English-
