Relaxing stay

We spent three beautiful days at this facility. Well-maintained and flowery hotel, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back.

BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE

Happened by chance thanks to a smartbox on Christmas Day, but we were very happy! Hotel located in a green and quiet area. The property is well maintained, tidy and clean in every environment. All staff extremely courteous. The SPA is not huge but there is everything you need to relax. Great dinner and plentiful. Breakfast very varied and with fresh and quality products. We spent 2 wonderful days! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Simply SUPER

Spa: super nice, with several relaxation areas, two herbal tea corners, sauna and Turkish bath, small whirlpool.. The only flaw: I did not understand how to set up hot water in sensory showers, next time I will ask there is everything you need in a great spa.
Upon our arrival we found a towel bag and slippers ready for the spa, also we had bathrobe for the spa + other towels for the stay. All very nice
Cuisine: simply super. Great care in the service by the waiters, excellent cuisine (Trentino tasting evening) with attention to local products. Also excellent buffet (side dishes, cold cuts, cheeses) both for dinner and breakfast (super stocked breakfast, from savory to sweet, from local cakes to waffles, from toast to savory croissants etc.)
Very attentive also to intolerances, allergies etc
Check in/out: fast, simple, smooth
Service: perfect
Rooms: simple, clean, equipped with kettle, comfortable bed, heating manageable independently. Even the kindness of finding two apples on arrival conveys the idea of hospitality .. It is the small gestures that count, as well as the high quality of services.

Fabulous hotel well located and dog friendly

Twice we go and the Welcoming is fabulous: warm, professional and available.
The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, clean and offer a beautiful view on the pool.
The hotel is welcoming and accommodating for dogs (but it's normal, forbidden in the restaurant room) and children (not in the Spa for guests' tranquility): the balance is perfect.
Indoor swimming pool, spa, paddle courts, access to the village by a superb trail.
All the staff are lovely.
We highly recommend.
