Excellent hospitality

Very kind and hospitable owner.
Simple and well-kept room. The bathroom had no shower tray, but good cleanliness.

Sleepless night

Family run hotel and the only note of merit was the welcome and hospitality 10 and praise. Very old stable and in particular the windows are no longer suitable for mobility conditions: in particular the busy Pontebbana state road (SS13) does not let you sleep soundly. The property provides each room with earphones, but alas after a sleepless night you can not wait to resume the journey...

Excellent

A lovely, quaint family run hotel. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and insisted on carrying our luggage to the top floor where our room was. The room was very comfortable and clean with air conditioning. The hotel is situated in its own grounds just off the main road, there is good covered parking and large garden. It is only a 30 minute drive from Venice Airport. It is very likely that we will stay at this hotel again.

Amazing classic Italian family hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights in early May. Location was great for visiting Venice, train station very close with regular direct lines. We also went up into the prosecco regions which were absolutely gorgeous, beautiful countryside, very close by. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the family who run it are so friendly and warm they make you feel like you're part of their family and can't do enough for you. They told us of fabulous local places to eat away from the tourist traps and all were delicious. We will definitely stay again and recommend anyone wanting to visit the local area to stay at this charming hotel.

Visit Venice at a affordable roomprice

Stay in a lovely B&B during the night, make the short train ride vom Spresiano/Treviso-station to Venice and return in the evening. Rooms in Venice are very expensive, so we found this lovely B&B with very nice hosts and went for sightseeing to Venice by train. Our car rested at the save parking, outside of Venice parking squares which are very expansive too and in the evening we could go to a wonderful pizzeria nearby and had wonderful food for two also at reasonable prices. Restaurant Nido for example. Wonderful steak for 12 Euro, Pizza from 6 to 9 Euro. Excellent!
