Characteristic restaurant in Spoleto

We went to dinner in this beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery near Spoleto.
The location as well as being beautiful outside is really characteristic also interno.La restaurant called osteria il trenono and dedicated to the old train line that crossed "the scrub" from Spoleto to Norcia.
On the fireplace c is the train, there are wooden benches of the trains stoves and antique radios.
Very good dishes we took courgette flowers in batter strangozzi with truffles and cut with truffles with grilled vegetables .. good quality ratio highly recommended

Good hotel

A nice hotel in the countryside a few minutes from Spoleto center, small room, but comfortable, quite clean.
As a very good restaurant, but nerve-wracking waiting times (40 minutes); very good and varied breakfast with some "gems": honeycomb, fois gras, excellent jams.
The mistress very kind and helpful. Great wi-fi

What I find is not good for me, but very good for the owners and not to easily find place. The rest does not change anything, very tidy great bed, some rooms the space is millimetered but well laid out. Breakfast is always up to scratch.

Very bad

Already upon arrival you understand that it is not a place where you have to stop. As you enter the gate consider the. Municipal roads which are terrible but those of the restaurant are unmaintained. Pieces of boiler here and there entered the place, movie atmosphere, waiters running like horses without bridles but they don't even know what they are doing, arrivals at 8/30 After a quarter of an hour, a guy dressed as a waiter arrives. And bring a drink at 9.30am still nothing the pizza wasn't in the mixer to rise I think. I ask for the bill explaining the problem. But the owners. They answer but it's Saturday evening. …….. they should change jobs according to my little understanding. The only gem and I thank them they didn't want anything of the cover charge and the 2 beers and sprite

THE ENCHANTED FOREST

.. after a stay in this "fantastic" hotel, returning is really difficult
.. you leave an "enchanted forest" that helps with physical and mental rest
.. you leave a warm regenerating pool
.. leave that time playing cards on the porch
.. leave the kitchen which "for me" is governed incognito by a very good chef, who produces excellent dishes
.. you leave the exceptional pizzeria
.. you leave the bar with some excellent coffees or cappuccinos
.. leave the room fresh, clean and well-equipped
.. but you leave "above all" the family that owns the hotel who is welcoming and together with all the staff makes you feel like an important guest
.. thanks are for the four days spent in an enchanting way in this "enchanted forest" for the hospitality, food and relaxation
.. see you soon... because we'll be back as soon as possible!
