Worst customer care
Most of the staff we interacted with did not seem to understand English, which made even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. While I understand that language barriers can happen, the bigger issue was the attitude. Instead of trying to help or communicate, many employees seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question or needed assistance.
Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Every interaction felt like we were inconveniencing the staff.
I would not recommend staying here if you expect courteous customer service or a welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of other places where guests are treated with respect and appreciation

Amazing and lovely experience
The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room was cosy, comfortable, and everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed our holiday.
The breakfasts were excellent, and the location is perfect – about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient.
Sperlonga is a beautiful place with a very clean beach and an amazing old town. Pizzeria Aqua & Farina and Pasticceria da Fiorelli are a must!

Exceptional quality and incredible professionalism at the restaurant, with a superior level of courtesy and service.

Nice Italian breakfast, but limited, and nothing is refilled from 9 and onwards. If you like to sleep in you won’t find much, and the food will be a bit stale.
