Unparalleled sea views, massive balconies, and the absolute best host in Sorrento!

Pros:We had an absolutely unforgettable experience and only wish we could have stayed longer! Rooms are spacious, modern, and aesthetic. The location is unparalleled—it is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it the perfect base to explore Sorrento and easily visit the Amalfi Coast. Everything is nearby, with tons of great restaurants and a short, easy 5-10 minute walk to all the main tourist spots.The suite itself was super spacious, perfectly clean, and featured high-quality amenities. A huge bonus was having a functional kitchen space. The absolute highlight, however, was the massive balcony facing the sea where we witnessed one of the best sunsets of our entire Amalfi Coast trip!We cannot thank our host, Claudio, enough. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and we shared wonderful conversations with him on various topics. He went completely out of his way for us, specially allowing us to store our luggage after check-out and even coming back in person to meet us so we could collect it. We highly recommend Golfo Suites as the ultimate go-to place in Sorrento and will surely stay here again!
Cons:Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Views and Location

You won't likely find a more spacious accommodation with such lovely views for their price point. It's only a 5 minute walk into the city centre and just across from the train station (but without any of the noise). The bldg which houses the suites is a condominium full of local residents so climbing the stairwell during lunch or dinner time is kind of a nice treat filled with the smell of delicious homemade dishes!
Overall a lovely property which I would say at again should I revisit.

Absolutely fantastic

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this modern, spacious , spotlessly clean apartment.
We were met on arrival by Alberto at 10.30pm who showed us our suite , gave us his contact details and recommended some restaurants etc nearby .
The suite is in an excellent location , 5 minute walk to corso italia , 3 minute walk to the train and bus station .
The views from the balcony ( we were in the blue room ) are simply breathtaking, you can see right across the bay of Naples and the horizon is dominated by the imposing Mount Vesuvius !
The small bar situated right next door , S.vicenzo , is full of locals and very friendly staff , a great wee stop on the way in our out . There is a city sightseeing office directly opposite for info on tours to Amalfi Coast etc. There is a small pizza takeaway opposite too open til late with very tasty pizza!
There are also shops nearby for provisions for your room including a supermarket 100 yards along to the right .
Alberto responded to what’s app messages on any enquiries we had and was so helpful at all times .
The room is cleaned daily and towels changed every 2 days although the cleaning staff will change them on request . There is also tea and coffee provided on a daily basis and a dolce gusto coffee maker .
We were absolutely delighted with this accommodation and highly recommend it .

Great views and perfectly located

We arrived and were met by Alberto who showed us around the apartment which had all the amenities you need, a great shower which is a must and a very comfortable bed.
The views of the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius are amazing particularly at night at sunset.
I would not hesitate to go back to Il Golfo Suites, we had the blue suite which was a great size.

Ottimo servizio

Prezzo abbordabile, grande disponibilità, ottima posizione, camera accogliente e servizio impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e affabili, consiglio vivamente di pernottare in questo b&b.
