Great hotel; positive experience

Great hotel convenient for the central location; my wife and I had a great time for the courtesy of reception and found the room very comfortable. The hotel is located in the historic center of Siena at 300 meters c,ca from the bus stop; discreet breakfast independently that includes biscuits and drinks from a machine. On the occasion we will not fail to return.

Terrified by the reviews, I tried it and was satisfied!!!

Terrified by the reviews, I tried this hotel because it was the most convenient for its location!
The hotel is divided into two floors, with long corridors; I got lost trying to find my room ;)
I booked a single room and they gave me a quadruple!!!
My room had steps to go down, very spacious and clean!
I left early and did not take advantage of the breakfast.
Very kind staff and 24-hour reception!!!

I wouldn't go back

Dark room... full of dust... television that at some point turned off... radiator in the room cold.. in hot bath.... breakfast from b & b... packaged croissants.... bread put there without napkin... nothing special.... just the location near the center.. polite and kind reception staff.... but the rest .. at too expensive for what it offers...

Poor hotel in every way, old rooms, poor and not good breakfast, only positive point is the location which is central.

Great only for the beautiful girl at Reception

Very bad!!! building outside the 800 but unfortunately also inside!!! very old and neglected rooms and above all very but very dirty and breakfast??? to avoid just, all packaging and not even brand!!! the only good thing is the location for the rest I do not recommend it!!! last thing that improved my stay the beautiful girl at reception!!!
