Extreme disappointment

I state that we have used the structure with satisfaction other times because among other things it is close to Cagliari - Elmas airport; returning from a trip we arrived at the structure around one in the morning and found the room and the bathroom with the windows open and running (that night the thermometer dropped to four degrees and the owner knew the time of our arrival); while turning on the heat pump we had to wait until two and a half to be able to get naked; but the thing that annoyed me the most is that the owner, to whom we sent a message the same night explaining what happened, did not feel the duty to apologize for making us find the room open and frozen; the next day, leaving the structure I sent another message in which I complained about what happened and in response I was written that: 1) the cleaning lady had forgotten to close and therefore it was not her responsibility; (for completeness on what I am writing also the other times we found the room open and running but the other times were summer and in any case it seems to me a repeated forgetfulness); 2) I was exaggerating with criticism; in view of this we certainly will no longer use the structure.

Very convenient for the proximity to the airport.
Everything perfect, Martina was very kind and super professional.
Room clean and equipped with all amenities.
Area served by bars and restaurants.
Also convenient for parking under the b&b.

RAXUL, a guarantee!

We booked one night, the lady, very kind, helpful and welcoming, gave us all the directions to the room and at our request also recommended some places to eat; excellent strategic location (Elmas airport a stone's throw), room in order and equipped with comfort, Highly Recommendation!!!!

EXPECTATIONS A LITTLE TOO HIGH

Room in itself pretty if not for the bed, double consisting of two single beds, and for the poor soundproofing of the room.
Problems with the bathroom door getting stuck and the door between the room and bathroom "staying in hand".
During the nights there, we heard so many noises: every time a guest entered the common area seemed to enter your room and, from the next room you could hear every noise.
The bathroom had toilets very close and it was difficult to wash .. breakfast service below the sufficiency.
Recommended? Only if you have no claim whatsoever.
