Great place to stay in Scafati

The boy has shown from the beginning very helpful to our needs and extra requests, such as kitchen tools to prepare food for our newborn son, going in person to buy (without asking anything) the necessary. Clean and spacious room

Living room very flooded water in the room and bathroom.

We booked me and my girlfriend a stay of about 8 days 7 nights in total in the aforementioned structure, on arrival the owner was not present but there was his cousin who invited us to enter the structure long after our arrival because they said that the room was not yet available because it had to be cleaned, instead of the room we had booked we were offered to stay in another apartment always provided with whirlpool. We accepted as we were told that the room was better, but from here on out began a stay that you can consider them holidays to say the least. The room was nice, but unfortunately had many flaws found as you stayed overnight in the structure. The first day we turned on the whirlpool and the room flooded due to some slow pipes that the owner came to tighten the next day, plus the whole shower top had not been siliconed and so it also flooded the room not only on the first day but also the days to come. Calling the owner to his own had never been informed by any of these problems. On the morning of the second day the owner came to see the whirlpool and the shower top loses understanding what the problem was, for the whirlpool it was enough to tighten pipes, for the shower it took silicone because it had not really been put. The work that the owner did at the shower was of no use because he did a wrong job, I had to personally reconcile the days following the shower because with the work performed by the owner the room flooded again (putting into account the fact that we were ON HOLIDAY). Besides these problems there was also the issue of the boiler that to get started you had to open at least 2 taps because according to the owner did not have enough pressure to start the boiler. To meet us the owner had offered us a small discount and wanted to offer us a bottle of village products prosecco and a day at the pool at his parents' house (we did not accept any of these offers or proposals provided by the owner). Because of all these mishaps we stayed in this structure for 5 days then we ran away for the despair and stress that they gave us considering that we were on vacation, no one can make us these days of vacation and not even the tranquility of having rested because it was not so. We had a rather stressful and hard overnight stay considering we were on vacation. We do not recommend this structure, too many problems and unqualified staff to manage a structure of this type.

Great accommodation, good communication with the manager

I stayed for 4 nights, large and comfortable accommodation, large and clean bathroom, car parking near the property, good and helpful manager. It is located a few meters from the Scafati state railway station, near the center.
