Expectations more than met

We stayed for a week in June. The cuisine was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. Impeccable cleanliness and hospitality. Owners and staff were available and knowledgeable. The location is very quiet and the hotel is peaceful. New rooms equipped with every comfort. We will surely return.

Holiday with family

I stayed at this hotel during the winter and unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations, to say that it is a 4 star is a ridiculous thing!
The kitchen was discreet, with no particular positive notes but not completely negative either. Unfortunately, however, everything else leaves much to be desired. The rooms are old and visibly worn out, with a decor that is still several decades old and without signs of renewal.
Even the reception was not the best: the lady at the reception was unkind and not at all friendly, giving a decidedly unpleasant first impression.
The spa area and the whirlpool were the most disappointing aspect: very small and not so well-kept rooms.
Overall, the hotel seems to have remained still in the 80s and does not offer services or quality adequate to current standards but with current prices... (expensive). Personally, I think it doesn't even deserve two stars.

Perfect holiday

I was with friends and we were really impressed by the cuisine: à la carte menu that changes weekly and typical dishes prepared directly by the owners.
You feel the quality and attention in every course. The food is really great!

5 star chalet!!

Last summer we stayed in one of the two chalets of the Hotel Haus Michaela and since then we can not wait to return: we are already counting the days until June, to finally see our place of the heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great location, jacuzzi reserved only for us and the hotel pool heated up to 28 °: the perfect mix between relaxation for couples, nature and the silence of the Dolomites.

Not a big deal.

Nice well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The food is quite good, the room reserved for me. was brand new so nothing to say. The hotel has both indoor and indoor parking, a fee of € 15 per day, ski room and wellness area. So far so good, now I highlight what are problems for me. The hotel is small, all common areas are small, the room is very small, the restaurant area with the buffet space is very small. The ski. room is very small and can not be called such as in the closet available enter the skis and only a pair of boots that I recommend to keep in the room otherwise in the morning you find them cold and damp. Absurd that the covered parking is for a fee, we are talking about a 4-star hotel with a cost not exactly cheap. The wellness area I can not review it as I have never been able to go there. This area could hold 4 people at a time, instead for the hotel they could enter up to 12 at a time with the result that it was impractical. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful but in my opinion shows little experience in the management of the hotel. The reception is always unattended and if you need anything you have to look for them ultimately in my opinion it can not be a 4 star hotel and should be managed better. The location is convenient enough for both skiing and going downtown, 15 minutes walk. I would not stay there again and if found in sappada I will look for another cheaper hotel.
