YOU STINK!

I am giving you a star, but only because below you cannot give a rating, structure run in a BAD way ! If you are not able to guarantee to all the people you book rooms between Booking and your private bookings then leave it alone because it is not your job! You allowed yourself to take a reservation from Booking already PAID and then in the structure another payment, and then under the guise of a FAKE seizure you have approached the money twice and then you do not even have the courtesy to answer the phone and try to resolve the situation. You are REGRETTABLE. GROSS and SHAME!

Never again

I book 5 nights with my partner. As for the room, nothing to say except that you could hear the music of the room below but it did not bother us particularly. Air conditioning in the room and hot tub (which did not work but we still appreciated its presence.)
Unfortunately, I have to write the negative note regarding the restaurant: on the last night we decide to have dinner at the restaurant, intrigued by the cuisine and the evening karaoke and particularly inviting music.
After sitting down, we had to wait for the "maid" because alone with many people. He approaches the table with a sheet that defining menu is an insult to the latter and not only was this sheet shameful but it was thrown at us like crumbs to a pigeon. So I decide, with my partner, to go to another club.
A smallness but one that has meant far too much to us.
If you want to be well served, don't go to Max.

Bad - not for families

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was enough. Initially the impression had been good, the girl at the reception (only positive note) had been nice and polite, the room was large (for a triple we were given a room with a double bed, one by one and a half and a single bed) only negative note was the smell of cooking throughout the hallway. The nasty surprise was in the evening. It's not a simple pizzeria under the hotel but it's a place with music kept very loud until 1 am. We had the room right above the music and not only was the volume so loud (music and DJs) but the windows were shaking too. I went down at midnight and half with my 4 year old daughter in pajamas to point out the problem is the Owner remained helpless to listen to me adding only a "you did not ask if there was music"... so I should have asked if we could sleep in the hotel we paid for.... no comment! They then turned the volume down slightly but the glass was still shaking. This combined with some mattresses not comfortable made the stay unforgettable but negative.
