Break with relaxation

I discovered this comfortable establishment thanks to my brother's gift. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and the owner is very accommodating.
The proximity to the train station is really convenient for those who want to travel by public transport.

Consigliabilissimo !!

Modern, clean and welcoming! Very kind and helpful owners, as well as prodigal tips to move around the area. For breakfast they provide a voucher to spend at a nearby pastry bar which is a glutton's paradise.

3 night stay in Settebagni

We came to attend a wedding in Settebagni, we caught the train from Roma Termini & 20 minutes later we were here.
If arriving by train, when you exit the station, you will be presented with two options, choose the exit closest to the murals on both walls, once at the top of the stairs, walk along the platform until you reach the only exit, this will take you to a road (one way) with the traffic coming from the left…..Una Chicca is dead opposite.
Once in, you will go up some stairs to an open plan kitchen, which was immaculate & there was everything you would need for you stay.
There are 4 room options…we stayed in “smile” again well presented & clean and in our opinion well worth the money…..& the aircon was a dream in the 30degree heat outside.
We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis, the breakfast which is situated in a cafe the other side of the tracks…again the options presented were very good, your voucher entitles you to a coffee & pastry.
Back at the apartment there is a patio, which is a sun trap.
I do have a mobility issue, and the constant flights of stairs in and around the station can be a problem, but the host could not have been more accommodating with obtaining taxis etc (we waited 90 mins for 1 taxi & 2 mins for another)
Settebagni, has a couple of bars & restaurants, a very well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk away.
Overall a very good choice and well worth a stay

A top gem!!!

All extremely positive, a GEM in the true sense of the word!!! excellent location, opposite the station, all the comforts are there, on arrival bottles of fresh water, coffee..... extreme kindness, cleanliness, very welcoming rooms.... quiet location. ok to visit Rome.
