Overnight stay

Pleasant 1 night stay here hotel adequate and breakfast good easy bus ride into Rome centre Vatican etc

Nice hotel, but a pity about the services.

I had paid for my stay in advance online, yet upon arrival they asked for my credit card, claiming it was "for security." Security for what? I have already paid? Well, whatever... No information about the Wi-Fi, and in fact, I did not use it because I did not know the password. In the room, some lights were not working, the drain plug of the shower was simply placed there, and as soon as I stepped on it, it came off, cutting my foot. On the first day, when they cleaned the room, instead of adding another roll of toilet paper, they took one away. There was no bidet, and the toilet paper was finished... Fortunately, I had tissues.
On the first morning, we had breakfast in the room on the ground floor. On the second morning, we returned to the ground floor, and instead... Surprise!!! You have to go have breakfast on the first floor. Great!!! We went to the first floor, and: the fresh milk was finished, the fruit juice was finished, and the beverage dispenser was not working. No one asked us if we wanted a cappuccino, a coffee, or anything else from the bar.
We returned to the room after breakfast to get ready to go out, and the cleaning staff entered the room without knocking. Fortunately, we were dressed.
I am sorry, but I will not return.

Clean for the most part. Mold issues in bathroom. Spacious and pretty nice especially for what you pay.

This is a beautiful hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It was very clean and the staff was amazing.

Staff was helpful. It was convenient having breakfast if you wanted it, but I think it's cheaper getting it while you're there than setting it up online. Also, it was nice having a restaurant available plus having the cafe right next door that was quite resonable and somewhat popular. The buildings older and could probably use a little more TLC, and location's not as close to the main attractions, but all in all, for the price, I think it's a good stay.
