Central and close to very

Spent 3 nights here and it was a great accommodation. Was a bit messy in the beginning with how to get in and where the key was. Got message before with instructions. The host was very helpful in questions one had. A bit responsive but the central location outweighed all the disadvantages

Awful!

Absolutely appalling experience at Sora Luxury Inn. Our room had bugs in it, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one calling itself “luxury.” We reported the issue immediately, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, our complaint was essentially ignored.
To make matters worse, the WhatsApp communication from the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. There was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no effort to make things right.
A hotel should prioritise cleanliness and treat guests with respect when problems arise. Unfortunately, Sora Luxury Inn failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here and certainly won’t be returning.

Good Only the city of Rome

Luxury's name's all there is. The rest starting from the access to the bars is all to forget. No assistance on site. Registration and check in everything remotely, done by employees who are unable to give acceptable explanations.
Renovation of the room done at least worst. Poor or even non-existent maintenance. Taps that spray water in all directions. Spray cold water and hot water comes out with non-adjustable temperature. Impossible to wash then.
Breakfast leaning against a nearby bar, really miserable: only coffee and croissants.
Experience not to be repeated, inadvisable

Structure to avoid even if you stay short. Approximate renovation. Insufficient power outlets

Bad maintenance. Faucets splashing out of the sink. Cold water does not come out, only hot water comes out and you can not wash or take a shower. Irresponsible situation. Remotely managed facility, no one on site. Of Luxury there is only the name and nothing else. Very poor breakfast leaning against a nearby bar. Absolutely cryptic key information.

Tourist rip-off in Rome!

This has nothing to do with luxury, a total dump that suggests a completely false image in the pictures. There are 4 tiny rooms next to each other where you can hear your neighbor breathing. No space to open a suitcase because it's so tiny. Extremely loud, located on the main road. Impersonal, everything is handled via WhatsApp. The door is then simply left open. Never again, I haven't had such a terrible night's stay in the last 20 years. The Mexican neighbor was drunk and shouted abuse and tried to break into the room. Booking advertises price reductions, reduced by around 400 euros, the room is hostel level!
