Our stay was brilliant. Excellent location, really clean room and very helpful staff (Dave) who allowed us to leave our bags on the day of check out and return and collect them later when we needed to leave for the airport. He gave great advice on how to get to the airport using public transport.

Bad Experience - Room Booked not available

When we arrived, we could not even get into the hotel because no one is at the desk past 2:30 pm. Once we did locate an employee, we were informed that they only had one room available, not the two that we booked. We were given no reason for only having one room and the only offer was to split our family up and have part go to a hotel fifteen minutes away. Very dissatisfied!

It was an excellent stay at the B&B—the hospitality, the daily service, the cleanliness, and the security of the premises. It is a strategic location for setting out to explore Rome's points of tourist interest.

The room was just as advertised! Clean and spacious, staff was great and the place is centrally located to many historic sites!
