There is 1 employee on staff for 4 rooms! She checks you in, cleans the rooms, and will help you with anything you need! Absolutely an incredible employee doing everything! Loved the property! Rooms w 3 beds was still spacious!! Loved the property. Restaurants and Termini Station very close by. Awesome location.

Room meets expectations

Room generally correct, everything very clean and with what you need to spend a couple of nights. Very well located, next to Termini station and in a wide and safe street despite the fame of the neighborhood. The only thing I did not like is that there was no one on arrival, they have no reception. If I came back, I would definitely repeat, seeing some reviews I was a little scared and I got a nice surprise.

Dont stay here!

Seedy atmosphere and unpleasant stay.
A rather damp smell and tired room with cushions on stools for bedside tables and a yellowing worn bedstead.
Not the owners fault but walls are thin and we could hear a woman copulating shortly after we arrived and then again at 1am which woke us up.
I would definitely give this place a miss.

Convenient overnight stay in Rome

Locted <10 minutes by foot from Termini, along via Cavour the location couldnt be more convenient. We always stay around the Monti/Esqulino area, while in Rome - so the Colosseum, Forums etc. and the attractions of the centro stroico are walking distance, though you could easily hop onto the metro for places further away (like we did to get to the Testaccio market) or if your feet are complaining.
The B&B is actually located on the first floor (elevator available) of a large building on via Cavour (self check in was easy). The Asian staff are helpful - handed over keys and facilitated a slightly early check in. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnighter and the double glazed windows cut out the street noise quite effectively. I'm not sure if this is seasonal, but breakfast was not included. A bottle of water in the fridge might have been weclome on arrival.
So if you're looking for comfort and convenience over luxury and atmosphere for a short stay, this is probably a very good choice, in a city where quality accomodation at sensible prices is becomnig harder to find.

Not impressed.

Good location. Very small room. Breakfast is no longer provided. There is no reception area available. Prior to arriving, instructions are provided on how to enter the building. There are three keys. One to open the front door from the street. Upon entering, the ground floor is dark, old and disused with no one around. After taking the small rickety lift to the first floor we walk down a corridor and use the second key to enter another empty space until we reach a hallway to the row of rooms. Key number 3 allows us to enter a very small room. No cupboard for clothes. At the end of the corridor is a room with a “Reception” sign on it. The room, no bigger than a small bathroom, has a small desk in it. I think the lady also does the cleaning. Her only communication was to ask us to pay the additional daily tax. I wouldn’t recommend staying there as there are Hotels that are also close to Roma Termini.
