Great point, but little assistance to the guest. Gave work.
Positive points: The point is perfect: it has everything. Very close to the Piazza di Spagna, all the shops, restaurants, carrefour express, finally, really very well located.
Property large, spacious, very well heated (we went in winter), modern and, in addition to the bedroom, kitchen and dining room.
Negatives: we found it inconvenient that everything was done by whatsapp, in English, with no one to talk to or to receive us. On our first stay, upon arrival we had to enter the building with a link (there is no doorman on the weekend), which gave access to a code to be used in the electronic doorman, all via 4G. The internet we bought wasn't very good and it was hard. We left our bags on the sidewalk, at the entrance of the building, with difficulty entering. On the second stay we need to ask for whatsapp to have a place to leave the bags, because we arrived again on the weekend, and took 24 hs to answer us. We had to pay R$ 30 euros to leave the luggage in a warehouse between 13 a.m. and 15 p.m., because the check-in was only at 15 p.m. The bathrooms of the second stay, although very modern, wet the floor quite a bit. Finally, there is no parking and it is very difficult to stop the car, but there is a taxi stop a few meters away and it is possible to do everything on foot.
