Nice Roma apartamenti

Very nice apartment place. Nice and kind staff. No dislikes. Liked everything. Good public transport acess to metro an bus.

Shameful!

Mr. Director, who believes in the slightest that he will continue to do, "the easy touring sly" is very much mistaken.
First of all, why not issue a tax receipt to your Guests.?
Does your guests know they pay top dollar to stay at your house?

I booked three times at one of this guy's properties.
The first time I stayed I was fine for the strategic location and brightness of the structure being on a high floor and the structure a few meters from the metro Cipro.
Being well for the quality of the price but not the quality of the hygiene, I booked for a second time. The third time, booking gave me the availability various facilities also much cheaper than this one that is the owner and has this chain of bed and breakfast or rather private apartments transformed into semi tourist accommodation facilities
I preferred to pay more but book in the same bed and breakfast as the first and second time.
It should be noted that the third , like the first and second I did not receive any form of tax receipt or invoice from the person who checked in. Once booked for the third time I am told that I would not have stayed in the initial one, but in another , which booking gave available at 13 euros less, from the one I booked.
A foreign lady contacts me saying that I had to stick to what they decided, forcing me that the decisions they just make. And if I didn't like it, I couldn't cancel the reservation either.
Since my time is sacred and I had no desire to have my day poisoned, I went to this new facility anyway. Which I was told was the same as the first one. Which is completely wrong.
Everything malfunctioned.
From hygiene in the first place, to the room capacity, and more importantly than the operation of the bathroom, in the bidet water rising above to a non-existent labor, not to mention the unheard-of dirt of the cupboard and drawers.
After a few days, I expose everything to the “Director” again and he ... with Strawtail was only able to tell me.
Then don't come again.
Perfect answer.
I would ask the owner of these structures to think, with the money he does not declare no invoice, try to buy himself some dignity, but I do not think he will succeed

Devastating

After booking in another location then moved to another location where in addition to having to pay more for a phantom linen service because according to the owner the sheets were not included so we paid more than agreed on Booking. In addition, a poorly cared for place furniture exposed plumbing broken shelves and service not appropriate in more we had to pay in cash which is unacceptable for Booking with more delivery of an invoice not even numbered. In addition, the service due to pay for linen was accompanied by moth holes and quilt stained with something we did not want to deepen. In fact, the first night was practically a red light experience with the neighbors who continued to have extremely noisy intimate relationships.

Bad experience, crook

Bad, a crook, photos don't match the truth! We ran away the same day after seeing the apartment shared with other people!
We politely asked for a refund with free cancellation but it was denied by the manager by phone since in person a foreign girl shows up who knows nothing.
Bad, a place like this should close immediately and definitely should not have the ability to cooperate with Booking and the like!

Shameful

I find it shameful that Booking is affiliated with a structure that does not accept card payment. We were forced to withdraw a lot of cash, everything extremely painful, communication non-existent. We were made to pay 14 euros tourist tax for an 8 year old girl - after our complaints we were promised a refund which we never got.
