The accommodation were quite comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. The security of the building was reassuring.

No one onsite when we arrived hotel at 10pm. We worried that we might have to stay at street overnight. The hotel should provide information on how to self check in before our trip that would change our review.

New Year's Eve in Rome

Very clean room, helpful host. The room is not very large for 4 people. Small bathroom, but in a great location. Very close to the Cipro metro and the 492 bus terminus.
Quiet and safe area, served by supermarkets, bars, trattorias, pharmacy. I recommend it

Great service, great host, great location. Loved the rooms with the AC and private bathroom. The location is just 2 mins from the metro station and is surrounded by supermarkets (including a 24/7), and great bakeries and charcuterie. The host was incredible. He accommodated us leaving us bags there for another 12 hours as we were taking the night train the day of our check out, which was very generous.
