GREAT STAY WITH FRIENDS

Stay with friends. The owner and the service staff friendly and helpful at every request. Impeccable cleanliness, apartment with all the necessities, in a very quiet, quiet and well served area (walking distance, 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the Vatican). Excellent products served for breakfast at the partner bar (2 minutes walk)

Clean,quiet hostel that is walking distance to Vatican City

We booked DELUXE QUADRUPLE room. First night we stayed at Room 103. Unfortunately the air condition is leaking. We reported the issue and a techinian was sent the following day to do the repair. We were moved to Room 105 with the help of the super accommodating cleaning lady. She helped us with all our issue(aircon and nespresso machine). They provided unlimited bottled drinking water which we really appreciate because of the 38°C temperature. They provide a breakfast coupon. The breakfast is in a cafe which is nearby the hostel. Caffè dei Fiori served delicious pastries,savory sandwiches and freshly squeezed orange juice! Marta is so helpful in arranging taxi ride whenever we need one. A small shower area can quickly feel claustrophobic

Roman family holidays

We stayed at this property with my large family we were a group of 16 people .... we had a great time our Host Mr. Joseph and 'was exquisite assisted us throughout our stay meeting all our requests even organized the transfer to return to Ciampino airport. We did a 'great breakfast in the nearby cafe dei Fiori.Inoltre the location was great: close to the Vatican museums, St. Peter's Square, and metro Ottaviano nearby supermarkets and restaurants where to eat.I would definitely return

Our first encounter with Giuseppe was wonderful. He was very helpful and even showed us a cafe where he treated us to a croissant and espresso - a great welcome to Rome. Our room was clean and housekeeping was great - we needed a new set of towels and they were quick to get those to us. The only issue was the size of the room and shower (a little small for my husband who is a bigger athlete). Great gelato around the corner and lots of really amazing pasta within 2 min walk. The staff was very friendly and answered texts immediately when I asked a question. They sent us recommendations for food that delicious and very cheap. Also , the hotel was very close to the Vatican Museums, which is where we wanted to be for our first two days visiting Rome. This was a fantastic hotel with great service.

Great room but way too out of the way from the metro. The distances presented are deceiving as it is quite a walk with kids from the metro station. Also the walk to and from the metro is disturbing. Horrible smells and creepy area.
